Minimum age to obtain it: 21 years old and have a valid B licence (or 18 years old if you have the Certificate of Professional Competence).
Permits: driving vehicles whose MAM exceeds 3,500 kg - other than D1 and D licences - and which are designed for the carriage of not more than 8 passengers excluding the driver. Such vehicles may carry a trailer not exceeding 750 kilograms.
Tests to be passed: Specific theoretical test and car maintenance test (you are exempt if you have the C licence1 and are over 21 years old); practical test on a closed circuit and practical test on public roads.
Validated licences: el C1 licence.
