Minimum age to obtain it: 15 years (before 2010,14 years). There is no longer a minimum age for transporting passengers.

Permits: driving two or three-wheeled scooters and light quadricycles with a cylinder capacity not exceeding 50 cubic centimetres on public roads. As you know, these vehicles can only be driven on certain roads, such as urban areas and conventional roads in most cases.

Tests to be passed (2): Theoretical and practical test and closed-circuit test.
