Minimum age to obtain it: 18 years, except in the case of motor tricycles with a maximum power exceeding 15 kW, which is 21 years.

Permits: driving two or three-wheeled vehicles and motor quadricycles up to a maximum authorised mass of 3 500 kg. They must be designed and constructed for the carriage of not more than eight passengers excluding the driver. Such vehicles may carry a trailer whose MAM does not exceed 750 kg as long as the MAM of the whole does not exceed 4,250 kg and the MAM of the trailer does not exceed the unladen mass of the vehicle to which it is coupled.

Tests to be passed (2): theoretical test on general road traffic regulations and practical test on public roads.

Validated licences: it allows you to drive motorbikes up to 125 cubic centimetres if you have held the licence for more than three years (AM and A1 licences). This is only valid within Spanish territory.
